Happy 2014! It seems like we haven't really gotten off to a solid start because of all the snow days and delays but the good news is we are getting closer to Spring each day! Remember to check our website as well as the local stations for our status on these days. Snow Days we are open 8-5 and provide a fun day to keep your child busy!
REGISTRATION is under way! You won't want to miss signing up your child for our newly revamped Summer 2014! Each week will include a specialty camp (Lego, Geocaching, VBS, MAD CAMP, and more) in the morning. These camps are included in the price of weekly tuition. In the afternoon kids will spend time at the Lou Eves Municipal Pool in Mason and on Fridays they will enjoy a special field trip. Check out our registration information online or pick up forms outside the Landing office! Summer pricing has been LOWERED this year, as well as a pick your week registration. You only pay for the weeks you sign up . . . .what a great way to balance your summer by sending your kids only the weeks you need! We hope to see YOU here at the Landing this summer!

In The Zone Parenting Conference will be here at Christ's Church at Mason on Saturday, March 15. This informational conference will help share personality styles and how each one of us has a different "color" and how to work that all together to be a happy family! SAFETY Information: Parents, please be sure that you are not leaving children unattended in your vehicles in the parking lot. We've been getting reports that other parents are noticing unattended children. This is dangerous and we encourage you to please take that extra minute to bring all your children with you. Thanks.

SUPERSTART! If you have a 4/5/6th graders, be sure to read the flyer for SUPERSTART that is happening next month. Your child has been invited to participate with the LYD group from CCM for this awesome event.
END OF YEAR STATEMENTS: Kathy Locher, Accounts Receivable Manager will provide end of year 2013 statements for tax purposes upon request. Please email her at kathy.locher@ccmason.org or complete a form located near the offices. Please allow at least 24 hours for the statement to be printed.
UNSCHEDULED ATTENDANCE: Be sure to notify the office BEFORE bringing your child to the Landing if they are not scheduled. We need to verify ratios and notify classroom teachers to ensure they are aware. Landing office number is 229-5405.
HOLIDAY CAMP--Monday, March 2. Mason City Schools are closed for a teacher inservice day. We will be having a special St. Patrick's Celebration. LUNCH is provided this day. Join us by signing up outside the Landing office. We must have 20 children to hold this camp. Deadline to sign up is Tuesday, February 18. We are also encouraging children to wear GREEN that day!
