May News
I'm not sure about everyone else, but I can't believe the end of the school year is just over one month away. It's been a great year here at The Landing and we feel blessed to be able to serve you and your children. Thanks for sharing them with us.
This month your children will be talking about Big and Small, God made them all with the bible story coming from the book of Jonah.
Here are some important reminders for the Month of May:
  • Summer Parent Orientation: If your child is registered for the Summer Landing Program you should have received an email with information. Orientation will be on Monday, May 23 at 6:30 pm.
  • Chapel: Our monthly chapel will be held on Thursday, May 26 at 4:45 in the basement.
  • Monthly Outreach: The Weekday Ministries monthly outreach will be the Woodland Lakes Christian Camp this month. Please drop off 5 lbs containers of flour and sugar in the bin located below the TV in the preschool hallway.
  • CLOSED: The Landing will be CLOSED on Monday, May 30 for Memorial Day.
  • End of Year Holiday Camps: We will be having holiday camps Monday through Thursday the week of June 6. A form was emailed, but stop by the office if you need a copy. Forms are due NO LATER THAN May 20 if you want your child to attend.
  • Summer Camp: It's not too late to register! We will begin our summer program on Monday, June 13.

Christ's Church at Mason

  • Christ's Church at Mason offers four Sunday morning services during the 9:30 and 11:00 hour as well as Adult Bible Fellowship (ABF's) during the 8:30, 9:30, and 11:00 hours. Visit www.ccmason.org for more information.
  • MAD Camp: Music, Art, and Drama Camp will be June 13-17 from 9-12. Registration is $15 per child. Register at www.ccmason.org. Contact Benji Maurer at benjamin.maurer@ccmason.org with any questions.
  • LYD: LYD meets every Wednesday afterschool. Contact Amanda Grella at amanda.grella@ccmason.org for more information.
  • VBS: Vacation Bible School will be held from July 18-22 from 9-12. The theme for this year is "Inside Out and Upside Down on Mainstreet". Check for more information and updates coming soon to www.ccmason.org.
