November News
Time is going by so quickly already this school year. It is already time to think about Thanksgiving and Christmas will be here before we know it. Please be sure to send your child in appropriate clothing for outdoor play. We will continue to enjoy the beautiful outdoors for as long as possible.
You should have received a letter from me regarding an updgrade to our software system. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Finally, we recently had some really nasty weather and a tornado warning was issued for our area. We do have a severe weather plan in place in the event we experience severe weather. In the event of severe weather, we take all the children to our basement. If you would like more detailed information on our severe weather plan, please stop by the office.
General Reminders
  • Please call the office to report any absences.
  • Please make sure to answer your cell phone if you receive a call during hours your child is in our program. Our number will show up UNKNOWN and we try to only call in the event your child is absent or an in emergency.
  • Our November Chapel will be on Thursday, November 18 with Miss Katie Thompson as our guest speaker
  • The Landing will be CLOSED Thursday and Friday, November 25 and 26 for Thanksgiving. You will receive notice by email for the Holiday Camp days we will or will not be open by Friday, November 5.
  • November's outreach is the East End Mission. Please bring new and gently used mittens, gloves, and scarves. These items can be dropped off outside the preschool office.

Christ's Church at Mason

  • Christ's Church at Mason has a bookstore. Stop by the main church entrance between 8:30 and 4:30.
  • Did you know Christ's Church at Mason has a Counseling Center. Visit www.ccmason.org/counseling for more information.
  • LYD, Leading You Deeper, is for 5th and 6th grade students and meets Wednesday afternoons. Contact Amanda Grella at amanda.grella@ccmason.org for more information.
  • Christ's Church at Mason offers 4 Sunday morning services during the 9:30 and 11:00 hours. During the 9:30 hour there is a blended service and a contemporary service available. During the 11:00 hour a traditonal service and a contemporary service are offered. Visit www.ccmason.org for more information.
