October News

I don't know about you but it feels like October has suddenly arrived after a long hot summer. It has been great to get to know some of you and your children during the first full month of school. As the cooler weather has seemed to arrive, be sure to send a jacket and dress your child appropriately for outdoor play.

In November I will be sending out a letter regarding our Snow Day policy and what to expect for school delays. Be sure to stop by the office if your email address has changed as the letter will go out via email.

General Reminders

• Please call the office to report an absence.
• You will receive a call from us if your child is scheduled to be here but does not get off the bus. Our phone number often appears on caller ID as UNKNOWN.
• October's chapel will be on Thursday, October 21 at 4:45 in the basement.
• Please do NOT park in the fire lane for drop off/pick up.
• October's out reach is the Grundy Mountain Mission School. Please drop off new and gently used sweathshirts in the bin located outside the preschool office.

Christ's Church at Mason

• Trunk N' Treat will be on Sunday, October 31 at 4:00 in the parking lot. Set up begins at 3:30. Bring your family and enjoy this great time together!
• Christ's Church at Mason has a bookstore. Stop by the main church entrance between 8:30 and 4:30.
• Christ's Church at Mason offers 4 Sunday morning services at either 9:30 or 11:00. During the 9:30 hour you can choose between a blended or contemporary service.
