Happy New Year! 2009 seems like a blur and we are off and running for the new year. The theme for January is God gives us: A new life, new rules, new faith, and new hope. Donations will be collected for the Hamilton Family Chrisitan Center by the preschool office for Valentines and Valentines candy.
Please remember to dress your child for the weather as we will continue to go outside unless it is below 50 degrees or the weather is inclement.
January Elective...January 13th Miss Donna and Miss Brenda will be working on beading projects. Both of these teachers are very creative and this will be a fun elective for all. Please see the clipboard on the table across from the office to sign up and for more information.
Holiday Camps: Monday, January 18- Martin Luther King Day. Deadline is Monday, January 4. We MUST have a minimum of 25 students sign up in order to be open. Chapel: Chapel is Thursday, January 21 at 4:45 in the basement.
Absences: Please call the office at 229-5405 to report any absences. If your child is sick you will still be expected to make payments on time and for any time your child was absence. Credits are ONLY given with a 2 weeks vacation notice. Please contact Sara or Kathy if you have any questions.
Billing: If you need a year end statement for your taxes, please stop by the office to fill out the appropriate form. As a reminder, Kathy will be auditing attendance records on an ongoing basis. If your child's actual attendance varies greatly from your time calcualtion form you submitted she will be adjusting your bill. It is hard to believe registration time is already upon us. Below are the registration dates for the 2010 Summer program and the 2010-2011 School Year: Sunday, January 24: CCM Members Week of January 25: Current Families Week of January 31: Alumni and Wait List Familes Week of February 7: Open registration
Brochures are on the parent board for Summer 2010 and School Year 2010-2011. Beginning on Monday, January 4 at 3 pm, forms will be available for you take home for registration. This year we will NOT be doing the online registration. Please keep in mind you can NOT turn in forms before the registration dates listed above. Also, your registration will not be accepting until all the appropriate forms and fees are in a seeled envelope. This information is all available on the registration instruction sheet which will be available at 3 pm on January 4.

Christ's Church at Mason offers 4 Sunday morning services; a Blended Service at 9:30 in the main auditorium, a Traditional Service at 11:00 in the Chapel, and 2 Contemporary Services at 9:30 (gym) and 11:00 (auditorium).
