UPDATE: If your child attended the Summer Program check out the Parents tab on our website, http://www.weekdayministries.org/, to see a slideshow of photos from this summer. The slideshow should be available by Wednesday September 2nd.
Back to School time is here! It is so hard to imagine that the summer is over. I want to thank all the parents, kids, and teachers for making this past summer such a blast. Now to some news for the fall. I have created the Holiday Camp Sign up Book. There is 1 major change this year, we MUST have a minimum of 25 kids signed up in order to be open. The book can be found on the table across from the office. Sign ups will CLOSE 2 weeks prior to the camp date. If you have any questions please feel free to email me or stop by the office. This month we are asking for School Supplies for the Hamilton Christian Family Center. Donations can be made downstairs in the bin across from the preschool office.
Important Reminders
  • Please call 513-229-5405 (the main office number) to report any absences. If your child is scheduled to be here in the afternoons, but does not get off the bus we will call you. Our number comes across as unavailable.
  • If someone other than yourself will be picking up your child you MUST call the office. We will ask for ID at the desk and call you if we have not been notified in advance. If someone else will be picking your child up long term there is a form at the office you can fill out.
  • Our first Chapel of the school year is on Thursday September 24th at 4:45
  • If you need to leave a form and no one is at the office, please either hang on to the form until someone returns or put it in the payment box.
  • You MUST go to your child and pick him/her up. Please do not ask the teachers to have your child sent up to the classroom if he/she is either outside or in the gym. Please make sure to keep your information updated with us. If you have a change in phone number, addresss, emergency contact, etc. please inform the front office as soon as possible.

Christ's Church at Mason offers 4 Sunday morning services; a Blended Service at 9:30 in the main auditorium, a Traditional Service at 11:00 in the Chapel, and 2 Contemporary Services at 9:30 (gym) and 11:00 (auditorium).
