May News
Who knew May would be here so soon. I can not believe this is the last full month of the school year. It has been a great year and I am looking forward to summer starting. Speaking of summer, if your child is registered to come on a pool day, the new pass rates are available at http://www.imaginemason.org/home.php?ID=124. The parent orientation for summer families is on Monday May 18th at 6:30 p.m. in the gym. Please RSVP to the office as soon as possible. This month your children will be studying the theme "Big and Small, God made them all". The Bible story this month is Jonah and the Whale from the book of Jonah.
Important Reminders
  • Please call 513-229-5405 (the main office number) to report any absences.
  • If someone other than yourself will be picking up your child you MUST call the office. We will ask for ID at the desk and call you if we have not been notified in advance. If someone else will be picking your child up long term there is a form at the office you can fill out.
  • The Landing will be CLOSED on Monday May 25th for Memorial Day.
  • Our last Chapel is Thursday May 28th at 4:45 in the basement. Our guest speaker this month will be Mike Allen.
  • If you need to leave a form and no one is at the office, please either hang on to the form until someone returns or put it in the payment box.
  • You MUST go to your child and pick him/her up. Please do not ask the teachers to have your child sent up to the classroom if he/she is either outside or in the gym.
  • Please make sure to keep your information updated with us. If you have a change in phone number, addresss, emergency contact, etc. please inform the front office as soon as possible.
Registration Information
Open Registration is now in progress. Our classes are filling up quickly. Most of our Fall PM Care classes are now closed and on a waiting list. Please check the website, http://www.weekdayministries.org/ for Registration Updates. If you have any questions regarding registration please call 513-229-5405.
Upcoming Events
The theme for the Hamilton Christian Family Center is Pack the Pantry. We are looking for any pantry items. If you would like to make a donation, please drop it off downstairs with Marilyn in the Preschool Office. LYD will be held on Wednesdays 3-5 pm in Room 217,
Christ's Church at Mason
  • Vacaction Bible School is July 20th thru 24th. This year's theme is "Studio Go". Registration begins on May 3 at http://www.ccmason.org/. If you child is registered for the summer program you MUST sign your child up.
  • MAD Camp (Music, Arts, and Drama) is June 15th thru 19th from 9-12. Visit http://www.ccmason.org/ for more information and to sign up.
  • Basketball Camp is June 23rd thru July 2nd from 9:30-11:30 for 1st thru 3rd grades. Visit http://www.ccmason.org/ for more information and to sign up.
  • Christ's Church at Mason offers 4 Sunday morning services; a Blended Service at 9:30 in the main auditorium, a Traditional Service at 11:00 in the Chapel, and 2 Contemporary Services at 9:30 (gym) and 11:00 (auditorium). CCM also offers a casual service Saturday nights at 5. Wonderful and exciting children's programs are offered during all worship times.
