April News

It's been great to be back. I have enjoyed seeing all your children and it's hard to believe I've already been back for an entire month. It also seems hard to believe the school year is starting to wind down.

Miss Donna will be hosting another Clay Class for a special elective in April. Sign up deadline is Friday April 3rd with the classes on Monday and Tuesday April 6th and 7th. I have posted a sign on the Landing Door and sign ups are on the table across from the office.

This month your children will be studying the theme "Jesus-Our Superhero". The Bible story this month is Jesus is Alive from Mathew 28.

Please make sure to drive carefully in our parking lot. Many parents and children come and go in the morning as well as people in and out of the church. Please abide by the speed limit and watch out for pedistrians. Thanks!

Important Reminders

• Please call 513-229-5405 (the main office number) to report any absences.
• If someone other than yourself will be picking up your child you MUST call the office. We will ask for ID at the desk and call you if we have not been notified in advance. If someone else will be picking your child up long term there is a form at the office you can fill out.
• The Landing will be CLOSED on Friday April 10th for Good Friday.
• The last set of Holiday Camps are for Spring Break, April 13-17. Sign up deadlines are March 30-April 3, respectively for each day. If we do NOT have 20 children signed up per camp, the Landing will be CLOSED. Please keep an eye out on the parent board for information as the dates get closer.
• Chapel is Thursday April 23red at 4:45 in the basement. Our guest speaker this month will be Nate Grella.
• If you need to leave a form and no one is at the office, please either hang on to the form until someone returns or put it in the payment box.
• You MUST go to your child and pick him/her up. Please do not ask the teachers to have your child sent up to the classroom if he/she is either outside or in the gym.
• Please make sure to keep your information updated with us. If you have a change in phone number, addresss, emergency contact, etc. please inform the front office as soon as possible.

Registration Information

Open Registration is now in progress. Our classes are filling up quickly. Most of our Fall PM Care classes are now closed and on a waiting list. Upcoming Events

The theme for the Hamilton Christian Family Center is Pack the Pantry. We are looking for any pantry items. If you would like to make a donation, please drop it off downstairs with Marilyn in the Preschool Office.

LYD will be held on Wednesdays 3-5 pm in Room 217, except for April 15th. Super Start is coming to Cincinnati on April 24-25! This is an event for 4th thru 6th graders.

Christ's Church at Mason

Vacaction Bible School is July 20th thru 24th. This year's theme is "Studio Go". Keep an eye out for more information to come.

MAD Camp (Music, Arts, and Drama) is June 15th thru 19th from 9-12. Sign ups begin on April 5th. Visit www.ccmason.org for more information and to sign up.

Basketball Camp is June 23rd thru July 2nd from 9:30-11:30 for 1st thru 3rd grades. Visit www.ccmason.org for more information and to sign up.

Christ's Church at Mason offers 4 Sunday morning services; a Blended Service at 9:30 in the main auditorium, a Traditional Service at 11:00 in the Chapel, and 2 Contemporary Services at 9:30 (gym) and 11:00 (auditorium). CCM also offers a casual service Saturday nights at 5. Wonderful and exciting children's programs are offered during all worship times.
