October News

I have not had the opportunity yet to introduce our teachers here at the Landing. We have many wonderful teachers who work with your children everyday. Without them we would not be able to carry on. In the mornings we have Miss Diana and Miss Megan working with 1st grade, Mr. Jack and Miss Betty working with the 2nd grade, Miss Nancy and Miss Billie working with the 3rd grade, Miss Julie and Miss Linda working with 4th, 5th, and 6th grades, and Miss Pam H. working in the Breakfast room. In the afternoons we have Miss Cheryl and Miss Linda working with the 1st grade, Miss Becky and Miss Julie working with the 2nd grade, Miss Kathy and Miss Shelby working with the 3rd grade, Miss Pam H. working with the 4th grade, Mr. Kenny working with the 5th and 6th grade, and Miss Marilyn working in the Homework Room. October's theme for the month is God's Yummy Garden. Your children will be learning about the Parable of the Mustard Seed. Keep an eye out in your mail for a letter regarding our Snow/Holiday Days.

Important reminders:

Please remember to check your child in and out when dropping them off or picking them up. We now have a new form for parents wishing to receive a statement from Kathy. Please fill out the form and turn it into the office if you need a statement created with at least a 24 hour notice.

Vacation and Withdrawal requests require a 2 week notice, otherwise you will be charged.

Upcoming Events

The first Holiday Camp is on Monday October 20th. We will be holding the camp, but you MUST sign up in advance. Sign Up Deadline is Monday October 6th. Chapel will be held on Thursday October 23rd at 4:45 in the basement. We hope you are able to join us. Christ's Church at Mason's annual Trunk N' Treat is on Sunday October 26th at 5:00 pm. Bring your cars, kids, and lots of candy to set up at 4:30 then let the fun begin at 5! Our theme for the Hamilton Christian Family Center for October is "Clothing". If you have any Socks, T-Shirts, Underwear, etc. you would like to donate, put them in the bin located next to the check in computer or see Sara or Pam at the office.

Christ's Church at Mason

Christ's Church at Mason offers 4 Sunday morning services, a Blended Service at 9:30 in the main auditorium, a Traditional Service at 11:00 in the Chapel, and 2 Contemporary Services at 9:30 (gym) and 11:00 (auditorium).
