"Director's Blah Blah Blog"
What an awesome month December is. Even though we've already felt the freezing temps, I can't think of a more warm and loving month. Sorry, February, you're a close runner up. December gives us so many opportunities to spend time with the friends and family that we love. We can even somehow find the tolerance during this time of the year to spend time with those whom we aren't so close to. Maybe that comes from the warmth of the season. I know the love I feel during this time of year comes from deeper than the gift giving or the smell of cookies baking.
There are so many amazing things that can happen through Jesus' love and I'm certain December is the month we need to focus on those miracles, big or small. I know I can speak for the staff at the Landing when I say, "You are all in our prayers always and especially during this time of year." Wherever your holiday traveling will take you this month; whether with long lost friends or with family away from home, please have a safe and joyous holiday season.
God Bless!
