"Director's Blah Blah Blog" November is the month we can take time to be thankful for all the blessings in our lives. We are so busy making our lives more comfortable and enjoyable. Making sure we have an up-to-date wardrobe and hairstyle. Are we getting that promotion at work? Did my child make the team he wanted to be on? At the end of these journeys, are we recognizing those who may have helped us achieve our goals? I encourage you to take this opportunity, this special time to say "Thank You". Knowing also, at the end of every achievement in our lives we must say "Thank You" in our prayers.

Program News

• We will be closed Thursday and Friday November 22 & 23 for the Thanksgiving Break.
• The weather is getting chilly while the kids are outside playing; make sure your child has a jacket or long sleeves. Otherwise, your child will not be able to go outside.
• With the weather changing, check your Parent Handbook for the school delay and snow day information. We are usually open snow days. Be sure to call (229-5405) before heading out.
• Remember to stop by the office to complete any needed paperwork requested.
• The November 16th Holiday Camp is a go. Please remember this Friday, November 2nd is the deadline to REMOVE your child's name from the list. Otherwise, you will be charged $35 regardless if your child attends or not. Be sure to check out the other Holiday Camp dates available. The next few months become very confusing with the amount of days school is closed.
• This month our Weekday Monthly Outreach will be collecting winter hats, gloves, mittens and scarves for the families of the Hamiton Christian Family Center. We will be collecting through the end of the month and will make sure all the donations make it to this woulderful ministry before the snowy weather arrives.
• Chapel is Thursday, November 15 at 4:45 in the basement. Please join us.

• "Usborne Book Fair" Sunday, November 25 (9:00 am - 12:00 pm), Monday, November 26 (9:00 am - 3:00 pm), Tuesday, November 27 (9:00 am - 6:00 pm) & Wednesday, November 28 (9:00 am - 3:00 pm) in the Preschool hallway. What a great gift idea!
• "Christ's Church 5th Annual Christmas Pageant" December 6th through 9th in CCM Sanctuary. This is a great family experience! For more information, call 229-3200 or go to ccmason.org

Christ's Church at Mason offers a variety of worship experiences on the weekends. Contemporary worship is offered Saturdays @ 5:00 pm and Sundays @ 9:30 am and 11:00 am. Blended whorship is offered on Sundasy @ 9:30 and Traditional worship is offered on Sundays @ 11:00.
